Embodied Integral Event Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ilianow.org with the subject line: "Conference Cancellation Request - [Your Name]".

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Up to 14 days before the event – Full refund minus a $15 administrative processing fee.

    • 14 days or less before the event – No refund.

Substitutions & Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing at least 1 day before the event.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If the conference is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the conference is postponed, registrations will be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

Force Majeure Clause

The organizers are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. If such an event occurs, the conference may be rescheduled, and refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
