Do you want to join an Integral community around specific integral themes?
We are launching a new type of event called an ILiA Support Pod. This event is a recurring meeting held on zoom where participants can share their knowledge and learn from each other.
Why Support Pods?
The Integral community is spread accross the globe. Each of us leading in our area of influence. We need support from each other. Support Pods are the answer to this. Each support pod focuses a specific topic. The goal is to create a community.
How do they work?
Each meeting is facilitated by a volunteer from ILiA. There is an agenda followed (see below). Members have a chance to present on the topic. The presentation is recorded to create a resource library. There is a discussion portion. Members are able to share their projects and specific requests for advice and support. There are opportunities for mentoring and being mentored. The group can collaborate outside of meetings via systems like slack/WhatsApp etc. Groups are about 20 or less people.

Session Embodied Product: How to use Embodied Techniques to brainstorm new products/services.
Bett Bollhoefer will lead our March Support pod where we’ll explore the intersection of product strategy, mindfulness, and embodied leadership. Bett, Integral Leadership in Action board member long-time software product manager turned yoga teacher, has developed a unique approach called Embodied Product Management, blending intuitive wisdom with data-driven decision-making. This session will include an overview of how the chakra system can enhance product exploration, and a guided meditation to help you align your creativity, leadership, and decision-making. Whether you're thinking about creating a product or just looking for fun ideas on leveraging integral practices, this session will provide new perspectives and practical tools.
Integral Creative Writers’ Support Pod

Topic: Karen Voorhees comes out of the closet with her Integral novel-in-progress “Shadow of the Earth.” Think “Clan of the Cave Bear” meets “Cloud Atlas” with some shades of grey thrown in. We will also brainstorm about practical ways that members of this pod might support each other.
